Storyline:
1. In the lands of Kryce, many years ago, people lived in harmony...
2. One day a man named Vulta formed an Evil Cult,
3. Vulta and his cult set out to destroy the lands and reign terror over them!
4. the king ordered a legendary sword to be made to destroy Vulta and the evil race.
5. The king travelled to the fiery pits of Mount Escot where he fought Vulta and the remainder of the cult.
6. The King was then never seen again and the sword vanished.
7. 500 years later history repeats itself.... Vulta returns alongside the evil forces...
8. Monsters and Animals all across the lands began to turn evil...
9. A Prophecy from the gods was then found... one answer remained...
10. The sword must be found!
How Long and its past?:
The project began in October 2008, with basic eclipse features and 1 available dungeon alpha release was launched for testing. Then in December 2008 the alpha release got shut down for maintenance and Dev work. Over the next 2-3 month bugs were patched and another dungeon was made.
In February 2009 beta was released, Bugs were then patched and the final version was released alongside our launcher and holy city.
In July 2009 we had finished our exams and as the team at that time all resided in the same town we began researching for development, Demythri began working on Halencia, Mr.Joe began working on Solid Player Housing maps and I began working on VB6, by August 2009 the tutorials were introduced into the game. In late August 2009 we had a donation of source snippets by Unnown to help my production in learning the programming language.
The Pet system (Pet-Stones), Paid-to-play, referral system and crafting system were released in September 2009, at this points pets were very primitive, didn't level up or evolve etc. Paid to play was (and still is) based on the players level to determine how much gold they get at set periods of game play if Online.
In October 2009 the Player Tent system was released which allowed players to craft furniture for their own tents. In Late October 2009 the Advanced Pet System was released which allowed players to Level Up their pets and to Evolve them, at this point pet stones were discontinued and are now vintage items amongst the Kryce community. Some players own some of these stones which I'm sure could help start some economics rolling.
In Early November 2009 the Player Shop system was released allowing players to sell up to 5 items in their shops to other players at what ever price they put them up as, in Mid-November 2009 Visual Banking was introduced (Note: This was not developed by Kweh! Entertainment! Inc. but was a donated source by Unnown). In Late November 2009 The Capture The Flag Arena was declared open allowing players to enrol in a shoot-em-up mini game located in a cave in Holy Beach.
In Early December 2009 the new Weather System was introduced meaning puddles and snow were formed when raining/snowing/Thundering and when there was normal weather they slowly dried up/dispersed.

In The Future:
We hope to see the player base rising, but you can expect for some further advances in Kryce, the development of Escot will (hopefully) begin soon when me Mr.Joe and possibly Demythri have time to go round each others house to begin work on that alongside the Forging Of The Sword. But don't worry that wont be the end of the storyline
We are planning to create a new guild system which will allow guild wars and Guild Exp Sharing on maps also Guild Chat.
I also plan to create a new secret village hidden away which (if found) a player will have the option to have their pets blessed with a single special skill.
