Guild Forum - Why cant we have player clans w/o in game support?

Title says it all.

I say there should be a guild page in the forums, where players can formulate their own guild and have events, signatures, ect. There wont be any In-game coverage necessary. All mannaged by the players through the forums

Events members, etc would be posted in the forums. Members would have player run events, w/o in game support like tags, scripted events, you know.

I was thinking of making a clan myself though. so no, i wont join xD

Basically the same system runescape has, without the clan chat. http://runescape.com > community > forum(To lazy to get a link ). I wouldn't mind having this.

if you want kryce to be a cliented runescape then go get a client version of runescape....

Runescape isn't the game that has a forum.. or guilds.. or clans.. I just compared it to Runescape.. Maybe that was a bad idea.. Plus Runescape has clan chat.. and clan wars..
