I'm not sure if your forum will allow/has the feature, or if you could add it some way, basically:
Click 'Multi-Quote', or whatever, and then when you click 'Quote' it adds all of the multi-Quotes & the last Quote. Maybe add a limit of three or five, if you could create/add the feature.

Yeah, the name can be changed, it's just to give the idea, that would work.
