1. guaranteed players in power would soon become inactive...

2. Players will have biased opinions within

3. protocols will need to be in place for powers etc.

4. i will have to make up a form of election system and government

5. the player base isn't really big enough yet...

Ok, Jess got after me about the postponing in-game so I'ma gonna tell you basicly what I told him.
There's not enough vote's, and I'm gonna try to focus on the laws and all that shizz first.

Kris would rather have guilds, which do make more sense..I think Kris posted some good points on why guilds are better....
